Kant understands justice as the principle of giving each person their due, based on their rights and moral worth. He argues that justice requires treating individuals as ends in themselves, rather than as means to an end. This means that individuals should be respected and their rights protected, and that they should be treated with fairness and equality. Kant also emphasizes the importance of following universal moral laws in determining what is just, rather than basing it on personal inclinations or desires. **

Justice based on performance focuses on rewarding individuals based on their achievements, efforts, and contributions. It emphasizes merit and the idea that individuals should be rewarded based on their abilities and accomplishments. On the other hand, justice based on need prioritizes providing resources and support to those who are in need, regardless of their performance or contributions. It emphasizes the fair distribution of resources and opportunities to ensure that everyone has access to the necessities for a decent standard of living. In essence, justice based on performance rewards individuals for their efforts and achievements, while justice based on need prioritizes providing support to those who require it the most. **

A cold can affect strength training by reducing energy levels and overall performance. When the body is fighting off an illness, it may not be able to exert the same level of effort during workouts. Additionally, a cold can lead to muscle fatigue and decreased motivation to exercise. It is important to listen to your body and prioritize rest and recovery when feeling under the weather to prevent further strain on the body. **

One practice exercise for a sphere could be calculating its volume. The formula for the volume of a sphere is V = (4/3)πr^3, where r is the radius of the sphere. By plugging in the radius into the formula and solving for the volume, you can practice working with the properties of a sphere. This exercise helps reinforce the concept of how the volume of a sphere is related to its radius. **

One practice exercise for the sphere is to calculate its volume. The formula for the volume of a sphere is V = (4/3)πr^3, where r is the radius of the sphere. By plugging in the value of the radius into the formula and solving for V, you can practice calculating the volume of a sphere. This exercise helps reinforce the concept of volume and the use of the sphere's specific formula. **

No, the Dyson brand is not inspired by the Dyson sphere. The Dyson brand is actually named after its founder, Sir James Dyson, who is a British inventor and industrial designer. The Dyson sphere, on the other hand, is a theoretical megastructure proposed by physicist Freeman Dyson, which would completely encompass a star to capture its energy. The two are unrelated and come from different fields of science and technology. **

John Rawls' concept of "Justice as Fairness" refers to his theory of justice that seeks to ensure fairness and equality in society. According to Rawls, justice should be based on principles that would be chosen by individuals in a hypothetical original position, where they are unaware of their own characteristics and circumstances. This ensures that the principles of justice are fair and impartial, as they are chosen behind a "veil of ignorance." Rawls argues that this approach would lead to the establishment of a just society that prioritizes the well-being of the least advantaged members. **

In the ethical sense, justice refers to the fair and impartial treatment of all individuals, regardless of their background or circumstances. It involves ensuring that everyone is treated equitably and that their rights are respected. Justice also encompasses holding individuals and institutions accountable for their actions and ensuring that they are held to a standard of moral and legal responsibility. Ultimately, justice seeks to create a society where all individuals have equal access to opportunities and are treated with dignity and respect. **
